Thank you for your nail inquiry. All new clients must schedule their appointment 2 weeks in advance. Due to high in demand and loyal clients who have reoccurring appointment dates.
*Please be on time for all appointments. YOU MUST CONTACT THE SALON TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT OR IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND. (410-665-2121) YOU WILL HAVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD AFTER THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Non-Refundable- All payments are non-refundable. Before you book to pay, please make all necessary arrangements to arrive at your appointment on time.
Non-Transferable- Deposits will no longer be transferable to another date. You may reschedule but you will be required to pay an additional deposit for your new scheduled date.
Deposits- If you have not been serviced by us within 90 days equivalent to 3 months you will be required to pay a $25 deposit to book your appointment.
*ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST PUT A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 DEPOSIT TO SCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENT.
*NOW ALL CLIENTS MUST SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT THROUGH VAGARO, CLICK ON BOOK NOW ON THE MAIN PAGE.
*WE DO NOT WORK ON SERVICES RECEIVED BY OTHER NAIL TECHNICIANS. ALL ACRYLIC & GEL MUST BE SOAKED OFF PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
*IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A SOAK OFF KIT, PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PURCHASING A KIT FROM KMP NAIL SALON FOR THE COST OF $20.00.
*YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CANCELED OR RESCHEDULE. NO CALL OR SHOW WILL BE CHARGE 100%

* If you have 3 or more cancellations you will be moved to Walk-In status or to the next available nail technician. All cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGE 50% (first time) 100% (thereafter)
YOU MUST PAY FEES BEFORE BOOKING YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
*NO CHILDREN OR GUEST ALLOW IN THE SALON WITH YOU UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED!
